Great location in proximity to malls and KLCC. Nice pool
Clean rooms and comfortable beds
Amenities are lacking ( almost basic). Not much in terms of kitchen utensils. No hand towels provided. TV not showing free 2 air channels or any sports etc. Noise early in the morning disturbing sleep.
Small touches are lacking.
Laundry equipment is limited in the complex for the number of users.

Great location for exploring KL. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a double/twin for kids: Twin bed was in main bedroom so our double bed was in a literal box room. Pools and views are great. Breakfast took time to cook and limited.

New hotel under construction and room isn’t very usable. Shower has no shower stand, bed has bed bugs. Bathroom falling apart and no TV channels. No sauna .
