「Please request for a room near the lobby so that you wont need to call for a buggy service. My friend has waited for quite some time(Sometimes more than 30mins) for the buggy service to arrive. I stayed near to the lobby so I can walk to the restaurant and the lobby area easily. Need to get more English speaking staff there. The restaurants food are great. My boys enjoy the Dino park and the Splash. But the water in the splash is very cold. Hope they can do something about it. Almost every kids...

「The wall paint was peeling, and there was no refill of mineral water, soap, and shampoo. We had to request these items at the counter. On one occasion, one of the receptionists mistakenly thought I was asking for more, even though I had been staying there for several days.」

「It was a pretty decent hotel, comfortable and big room. The walls were thick but there was some very noisy guests, but that's not the hotel's fault. However, the location was not very convenient, there's a big highway right in front of it and the only way to cross was a walkway that was about 500m from the hotel. Also, not a whole lot to see in the surrounding area.」
