「This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.」

「Overall experience was very great with Silaslee - 1) Room was clean, and towels were provided, toiletry were provided 2) Unit came with a very cool jacuzzi located at balcony 3) Unit included a Coway water machine, microwave, fridge and oven 4) Best of all is that the unit came with an automated mahjong machine 」

「Check in time STRIGHTLY starts at 3pm, although arrive earlier also need to wait till the time. Property is clean, neat & tidy. i booked 3 bedrooms condo due to we have 8 persons in this trip, all feels happy with the stay.」

Since it is a residence and not a hotel, we did not receive services that we usually associate with this price range. There was no room service and no daily housekeeping. We had to call the staff just to get our trash collected, and trash bags were only provided after we asked. The attached mall is not fully...
