"Well located but neglected. Cracked & creaking bath. Dirty area behind glass shower screen that poured water onto the floor. Neglected swimming pool with many missing tiles. Only hotel I’ve ever visited that a) had a price list for every item in the room in case I stole them and b) insisted on checking whether we had stolen anything before we checked out. Sky bar was awful! We didn’t bother with the breakfast "

"Arrived and there was nobody on reception desk, it looked like reception hadn’t been open in a long time, was shown to a few rooms until I was given one that was ready, tried the tv and was not to use as it was broke and it didn’t sound safe, WiFi was barely useable despite what it says on the advert, I couldn’t take a shower or use the water in the sink as the water was brown and that didn’t change throughout my stay, I tried to find someone to ask about changing rooms and couldn’t find any...

"awful, the hotel is part of a now deserted resort. No English speaking staff (which was advertised), none of the facilities work, there's nothing to do and the restaurant shuts at 6pm, everything is broken and run down. We were the only people there in the entire resort. Give it a miss unless you like to stay in a Ghost town ruin."
