Beim Check-In haben wir zunächst die falschen Informationen bekommen. Erst nach telefonischer Rücksprache haben wir die richtigen Informationen erhalten.
Auf den ersten Blick sah die Unterkunft sauber aus. Auf dem zweiten Blick ist aber schrecklich und dreckig der richtige Ausdruck. Staub auf dem Boden und vor allem unter den Betten. Das Geschirr, Teller und Gläser waren wohl von der Kneipe an der Ecke und total klebrig. Die mussten wir erstmal...

"Wir waren bereits zum 7. Mal im Baltic Park Fort über VacationClub und bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Die Apartments waren stets sauber, die Lage an Promenade und Strand sehr gut und wir hatten schöne Kurzurlaube.
In den letzten Aufenthalten hat sich einiges verändert (u. a. keine Rezeption mehr, wechselnde Check-in-Abläufe), womit wir noch zurechtkamen. Beim vorletzten Aufenthalt gab es bereits Probleme mit unangenehmem Geruch im Zimmer (vermutlich Lüftung), der trotz Meldung nicht behoben...
