「Amazing hotel although there was a used rag in the shower but no worries ! Supper nice friendly staff the bar guy was a little rude but still won that night」

「There was 3-4 police cars and firefighters that had to physically remove some meth head that was screaming and cussing! We were asked to wait in the lobby while the police tried to de escalate and remove her. It was a whole thing but the staff were extremely nice and friendly! The hotel could use some updating and serious TLC.」

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「Restaurants are very close. Unable to buffer Wi-Fi. Great place to rest for adventures on the Kitsap Peninsula. Not a big town, but for that extra down time casinos are available in area. Need a car to get around. There is bus service limited bus service. This is not one of those big fancy chain hotel/motel. I would stay here again.」

「Difficult to find as it is tucked in with another hotel. Easy access once you figure that out. Clean rooms and breakfast area. Nice to have a little snack shop. Breakfast was ok- no non milk option that I saw though. Staff very nice and helpful.」

The only negative thing I have to say about my stay at the Quality Inn in Lacey Washington is the location. It is very difficult when you're not familiar with that area of Lacey to identify where to turn into the parking lot. The entrance into the parking lot is so close to the lanes that have to go on the freeway that I found myself several times against unhappy...
