「設備は立派ですが清掃は最悪です！床には足跡、お風呂のドアレール、トイレの排水口はカビだらけ、キッチンカウンターにはホコリ　いったいどこを清掃して23000円も請求するのか理解できません！ 備え付けのタオルには髪の毛がたくさんついてて気持ち悪かったです」

「The tablet check-in does not work, and it also failed for other guests the day before and in the same day. The provided phone number is unreachable. The building is a design failure—calling it “noisy” is an understatement, as every word and footstep of other guests is noticeable. Communication with the accommodation is only possible via email, and no assistance regarding noise issue was provided. The rooms might look nice in theory, but in practice are poorly executed without any soundproofing. 」
