"I would highly recommend this stay in Kinosaki. I was an American female solo traveler and felt very safe and the staff was always so willing to be accommodating and helpful. I had an early flight on my way out and they started the transfer service early for me. Make sure give them a call ahead of time and they’re happy to pick you up from the station so you don’t have to walk with bags through a small construction area. I would love to come back!"

"Staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. The room was very clean. The beds are on the floor in a traditional style, so be aware of that if you have any back issues. Would recommend to friends and family! "
