「Everything is great. The room is really spacious and clean. Breakfast contains lots of different choices. One little thing is that the vending machines at the entrance only take cash (temporarily; I guess there might be a problem with the sensors that need to be fixed?), which is a bit inconvenient for travelers that don’t have cash yet.」

「來到布拉格我們在此住宿四晚，整體非常滿意舒適！位在一個商辦大樓內，但住宿五樓的景色一樣很好，可以看見教堂的鐘塔。服務人員親切有禮，一樓有飲水器可以使用，免費取得每日乾淨的飲用水。房內寬敞又舒服，床鋪寬大舒適但是缺點是偏軟，睡久了可能脊椎較不舒服。兩側都有小桌子可以置物、也有插座充電。上方的閱讀燈也是個平台可以放東西。床尾有桌椅可供用餐休息，觀賞眼前牆上的大型電視。電視下方是長興的桌子，提供膠囊咖啡機、膠囊咖啡及茶包，桌下也有小冰箱可以冰東西。浴廁非常明亮寬敞，有歐舒丹的備品可以使用，毛巾數量足夠，也有毛巾架可以烘乾。唯一缺點是沒有提供電熱水瓶。但整體來說體驗非常棒，地理位置佳，附近治安良好，是非常難忘的住宿體驗！」

「Wonderful! Executive King room really nice and spacious. Breakfast was deluxe and the Executive Lounge a really nice place to relax in the evening. Hotel staff was terrific! Ivan at the desk was top notch for customer service. Super easy to access the "A" line for the Metro which had us downtown to all of the major attractions in 10 minutes. Also, trams and buses were easy to access.」

「高樓層的夜景很美麗，服務人員態度佳，但由電車站走至飯店的路途燈光不足。有一天凌晨三點半左右突然響起火災警報，住客大多數都以疏散至室外，無人解釋為何警報響起及解除，大家就默默的搭著重新開放的電梯回房休息。」

"櫃檯人員很親切！房間很大，直接攤開2個大行李箱+2個登記箱沒問題飯店早餐也超級豐盛很多樣，連續住也不怕吃膩但是如果是自助旅行帶著大行李箱從布拉格車站走過來的話就要考慮了，因為整路都是石頭路行李很難拉，不到10分鐘的路程可能會需要雙倍的時間"

"I booked a queen bed room with an extra cost of about 70 dollars but the reception insisted to put me into a standard twin bed room, saying they had no queen bed room left and the rates were the same. … I checked their website and travel apps again. Of course both were not true. It is just cheating. In the end they managed to arrange a queen bed room for me after 20 minutes argument."
