「We had amazing stay at Ubuntu. From manager to housekeeping all staffs were helpful. This place puts customer service above all. Shout out to Vishaw, Indika and kitchen staff for going above and beyond. Besides great staff, hotel is located at quaint beach where you can spot turtles at night. They even had baby turtle releasing event in the evening. Overall I highly recommend this boutique hotel. We had great experience. 」

「Nice place to stay. Comfortable clean rooms. I thought for this price they may make the beds. I also asked for a special request that the said they could do, but they didnt end up doing it... It was flowers on the bed for my girlfriends birthday. Then we asked if we could have one more breakfast as we were still hungry as compensation for not having power for the day and then they said no, which wasnt a big deal. Just thought they may do that. The serving staff were very nice.」

「We stayed for three nights with our 1 year old baby. The staff are excellent, so welcoming, and attentive and really enjoyed playing with our son. We had a sea view room, the view is beautiful, and the bathroom and shower were excellent - you can see the sea from the shower! The staff provided a lovely wooden cot which was perfect for our son. The cot fit next to the bed and the bed’s mosquito net covered the cot. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were very accommodating of our child’s needs....

「We were really looking forward to staying at Green Villa but upon arrival they said there was a problem with the room and they were completely booked so had to book us in a hotel next door. The place next door was dirty and only half as nice. 「酒店的游泳池很不错，从3楼阳台可以直接看到mirissa海滩，房间很整洁，服务员们都很nice你有什么需要他们都很乐意帮助你。离mirissa海滩有点远，走路要15分钟，房间的门不能自动关闭，有几次出门以为自动关上了，回来才发现门没关紧，厕所的排气扇也是坏的，有人上完厕所后非常臭。总体来说酒店很不错，但作为新酒店细节仍需提升。」
