"We paid $1700 rupees for Hyatt's air port p/u service. The driver suppose to be waiting for us with holding 'Hyatt sign' at the arrival gate. He didn't:( Instead, he texted us with his car plate number and suggested we find him among the hundreds of similar color cars at the crowded parking outside. ..."
