"This was the worst place I ever stayed. It is dirty and unkept. People were getting the room for less than half the price I paid. There was no breakfast although reservation said so. It is next to a Railway station and the engines kept on screeching and storming all night. I will not be booking via Orbitz in future."

"It was terrible experience and the hotel was dirty, filthy, unfinished and in the night the hotel full of drunken people. I had a bad experience. Never I will visit again. No food available everything you have to buy from outside. No bath towel provided, there was no hot water supplied. Bed sheet was not changed. Over all it was very dirty "

"Hotels.com made the reservation- when I arrived - no booking on system.
Price for one night through Hotels.com was £146 per night.
Had to book and pay for my own room at checkin due to no Hotels.com reservation- the price was £25 for one night.!!!
How much are Hotels.com marking up the rates.
