The entire staff is outstanding but Kaushik at the front desk was exceptional in his customer service skills and professionalism. Clean rooms, great food and central location. Highly recommended hotel. Tej Singh, the doorman / security recognizes me every time I visit the hotel. Lovely gentleman.

Staff attitude was excellent. Check in experience was excellent. Property is in good shape. The disappointment was in the bed, which matters the most when you’re traveling. The bed sheets were worn out and had stains all over (quite disgusting). When I lifted the bed cover at night I noticed the bed sheet wasn’t changed from the previous stay (crumpled up). Extremely disgusting. Just ended up sleeping on top of the bed cover instead. Had a terrible sleepless night.

Booked room not available, was offered a twin double which was rejected as it smelled of smoke, finally given another double twin that was acceptable. After that the stay was good with great service.
