The room was very nice and the check-in staff actually relocated my room to a higher floor without me asking. Excellent floor staff, warm and friendly with a smile.

Royal Lahaina Resort & Bungalows
Nice hotel, beautiful view. Restaurant service wasn’t great. We had lazy servers, bring your meals and then disappear and then you have to pay someone else , didn’t bring water to our table. ☹️
