"We had only a one night stay but it was lovely. Outdoor pool and breakfast were nice, bed is comfortable. The indoor pool and sauna area really need updating. But they are usable."

"As a seasoned traveller, I have never experienced such bad service from management. A complete lack of communication, examples..breakfast times were changed and not advised on check-in. We were blamed for not advising them what time we would arrive for breakfast, regardless of set breakfast times. ..."
