Stay was good, exceptional service by restaurant staff, they made something off menu when requested, also everything was tasty. One thing they can improve is the welcoming part when guests arrive.. also please note the road to property around 500 metres is small and narrow, hardly a suv pass through.. ...

Over a number of years we have stayed at lots of different hotels in India ranging from 2 star to 5 star and the Oshin Hotel in Kalpetta was the best for us. The property is old and it’s visible in the rooms. The views from room are not great . The whole property layout is decent not wow. I have been to better properties. Food was good
