"Before arrival I asked if they could arrange transfer (which they offer on the website), I was told they didn't have the service so we had to fight for a taxi at port to get to the property. There was a cleaning lady waiting for us to check in, as nice as she could she was not the manager. I asked about welcome drinks as this was included in my booking as Gold member, she called the owner and told us it was not part of the booking, despite showing on the booking confirmation. "We recently stayed at Hotel Cezaria in Naxos and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The sea view is absolutely stunning — waking up to that panorama was a highlight of our trip. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to start the day right. We highly recommend!"

"The only good was the location, only 1 minute walk and you are on the beach and 3 minutes in the center of old town and restaurants. All the rest was not good! The bathroom was very old and like broken, the room generally and bathroom was very dirty, specially the floor. The breakfast was like 3 options and 2 tables to sit in the reception small tiny aeria. As you were eating you were watching the receptionist that was cleaning the plates of the previous people ate breakfast. The pictures in...
