The room itself was ok, there was lots of dents in the wall & there was a smell when we walked in. Overall it would be an ok place if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep.

There was six rooms that we reserved. My son and my other son‘s rooms had to be moved when they moved one of my sons. They took him down to a room where a naked man was laying on the bed so then they moved him rooms for a second time we came in Friday night at 12:30 and couldn’t find our key to get in the room stood in the office and rang. The bell called to the point that my husband went behind the desk to realize the gentleman was sleeping, so we went and pounded on the door to wake him up to get a new key. The rooms were filthy. There was Hair behind the doors. We only got two towels no washcloths or sink plugged and when we went to go leave, there was nobody in the office and we stood there for 15 minutes. Wouldn’t come back to this place if my life depended on it.

I just had a bad experience at a different hotel so I was a bit anxious but everything was good. I didn’t try breakfast but the room was clean, it didn’t smell, and the AC worked.

The property was located in right off the expressway. Easy access to expressway and main roads. There was debris and paper products in the parking lot.

Pretty rough. Picture missing on wall. Light above sink didn't work. Ice machine broken. Just felt creepy. Appeared that quite a few people just live there.

There was no telephone in the room, so there was no way to reach out to the front office staff. The TV was stuck on one channel and there was no way to figure out how to get it off of that channel.. the bathroom is very antiquated.

room was clean for the most part. random crumbs under the bed, light above the sink did not work. faucet handle was stained with something black. back of the toilet got so condensed it leaked a bit on the floor. no shampoo was provided. random things like the stairs to the 2nd floor and the covering over the air conditioner controller are falling apart and need maintenance. Complimentary continental breakfast was bare minimum and the milk for cereal was spoiled and the pitcher is was in had the spout caked with spoiled milk, did not seem like it was washed properly. check in attendant was friendly at least.

Please don't stay here! We're usually not picky about places we stay but this was just bad. The room itself was ok but after our journey to the room we didn't feel good about the place. To start the stairs are all torn up and wreak of something quite unpleasant (my husband said rodent urine). We literally had to hold our noses. The windows on the walkway were filthy and unkempt, not to mention the carpet. For some reason other patrons had all kinds of things lined up outside the door. Didn't make us feel exactly safe wondering who stays here. I am just so let down being this is a Choice hotel. This place needs to be inspected and completely refurbished.

The hotel is not kept up well. The halls and stairways really beaten up, new carpeting is needed in the hallways. However, having said that, the room was very clean, and the bed comfy. Room smelled strongly of smoke tho, and i know why. I saw other guests smoking in theIr doorways with the door open. They think that doesnt stink up the room? This hotel is suitable for a quick overnight if you're going to a concert at Warners; other hotels cost twice as much.
