Honestly the room wasn’t a stand out or a 5 star hotel, but it was cheap, at waikiki and very accessible. The staff were great and we enjoyed our stay. We just stayed at the room to sleep - and the extra money saved gave us better experiences.

The location was great. It was out of the hustle and bustle but still close enough to be a fairly short drive to main attractions of the island. The room was a little dated and showed a lot of wear. The bed was super comfortable but the roosters crowing 2 hours before daylight was off-putting. Also, the neighbors smoking pot outside our window and filling our room with smoke was a bit much. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Wonderful!!...2 bedrm/2 bathrm with huge balcony for BOTH bedrooms/living room.....that's our view in the photo........check-in is at Regency 3 blocks away, but they brought luggage to unit....pool is next door at the "Reef"....It's on the sandy beach but ROCKY bottom 20 yards out in water - booo!!.....beach side restaurant in the "Reef" is a rip off. Eat breakfast down the street...........

With a spectacular view of Lanikai Beach below, Lanikai Pillboxes Hike is one of my favorite places on Oahu, HI. In the distance you can see The Mokes islands. The hike is pretty short, maybe a half hour to hour up to the top where there are a few pillboxes like the one in this photo. #lifeatexpedia
