"When I arrived I was told that my room was being deep cleaned because someone was living in the room for 8 months and she had just moved out when I left and came back at check in time there were nats In the room I told the manger she didn’t offer to move me and when I asked about another room she said they were booked but I stayed for a week because I didn’t have any where else to go at the time I had to get all my own supplies to kill the infection in the room but the rooms she said were booked wasn’t actually checked into until the day I was leaving . The room didn’t look like the pictures on the site there weren’t any trash cans in the rooms stains on the sheets and the breaker kept tripping in my room I had to call maintenance atleast 4 times"

"It was decent but not as nice as we would have hoped. No elevators, ice machine was broken, poor lighting in room, outdated decor, nail polish stain on comforter, toilet ran all night. Hotel did not seem to be run very professionally. However, breakfast was good, beds were comfy, AC worked well."

"Old and musty. You could tell it used to be smoked in or was catching smoke from smokers. Even though it was non smoking, a chair and ash bucket were right outside the door. Fridge is a wine bottle cooler, had to physically pick up and move the microwave to plug it in. Bath mat was a dingy hand towel. All the towels were dingy white and thread bare or simply had holes. It wasn't even worth the discounted price I paid ket alone full price."

"The front desk staff was amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate. The pool hours in my opinion could’ve been a little bit longer. We are disappointed. The hot tub was closed since that’s one of the things we look for when we book a hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast. Our room was nice and clean."
