"Although the location was not the best, this was mitigated by the amenities and the amazingly helpful and supportive staff. I am 81 years old and was travelling with my son and 2 grandchildren (21 and 17). The staff made sure we had adjoining rooms, which were fully and immaculately furnished, including a very well-equipped kitchen facility. Nothing was too much trouble - call a taxi, recommend a reasonably priced place to eat, even helped me arrange a car rental. Our thanks to every single member of this amazing team!"
