Located in the center of Kagoshima, this hotel offers a tranquil and comfortable escape. You'll find the rooms spotlessly clean and the staff exceptionally kind. The area is also packed with fantastic restaurants. I highly recommend it.

自動受付サービスでチェックイン・アウトもスムーズ。 女性の大浴場には、入り口で暗証番号を入力して入室できるなど、安心して利用できた。 2階のフロントには、無料のドリンクサービスがあり、コーヒーも部屋に持ち帰れてよかった。 フロントスタッフの方もてきぱきとされており、対応がよかった。 お部屋はシングルルームを利用。 洗面所もコンパクトで綺麗でシャワーのみではあったが、清潔感があった。 大浴場も同様に炭酸泉が心地よく脱衣所も綺麗でよかった。 朝食は13階になっており、見晴らしもよく桜島も少し景観もよい。 和洋さまざまな料理と地元の食材を利用したメニューもあり鹿児島を味わえたのもよかった。 また鹿児島へ来た際に家族でも利用してみたいと思った

①住宿日期：2025/11/1 ②房間：本次預訂標準雙人床。床鋪舒適，房內空調溫度可以調整，窗外看出是大樓無風景，基本上無太大缺點 ③餐點：早餐餐點整體普通，比較特別的是位於高樓層可以直接看到櫻島火山與鹿兒島市景 ④設施：有健身房還有人工碳酸泉的室內浴池，無露天風呂，女性浴池區還有桑拿；另有旅館內有自己的立體停車場¥1000/晚 ⑤地點：位於天文館鬧區，晚上的商店也很豐富 ⑥服務：工作人員態度親切，雖有自助check in機，但也會有人員協助引導，體驗良好

初めて宿泊しましたが、思っていたより残念なことが多かったです。まず、朝食ブィッフェのメニューの少なさです。1番期待していたバイキングにガッカリでした。また、トイレの便器の中が汚れていました。最後にツインの部屋なのに、狭くて、椅子はあるのに座れるスペースがありませんでした。改善してほしいです。

エレベータを読んだとき、2機同時に動き始める。最寄りのカゴが上下に応じて適切に動くのかと思ったらそうでもなかった。空調について、温度設定と吹き出しの風量は変更できたが、音がうるさくて気になった。洗面台が、部屋の中になっていたのはある意味便利だったが、鏡の取付に緩みがあったこと、鏡の下の壁のクロスが少し剥がれかかっていたこと、お部屋の入口のドアの下部に隙間があり、廊下の明かりが入ってきたので、こちらの会話とかが外に出てしまうのではと心配になった。テレビの上部に換気扇が設置してあるが、その近くの壁に埃がたまっていた。（この事はスタッフの方にお伝えしました）大浴場があるのは分かりましたが、2階のフロントの手前から先だったので、来館されるお客様と鉢合わせになるかもと思うと気分的に利用しずらかった。でも、お世話になりました。
