Modern Hotel
This hotel was modern and a great place to stay. The location was close to shops and restaurants. The staff spoke English, were polite, and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower had both a rain shower and misting function. Parking was easy. A coupon for a complimentary cup of coffee was provided upon check in. Breakfast was good and the restaurant provided a pretty view of Sakura-jima. The only thing that was frustrating was the inability to change the temperature in the room. A slightly lower temperature would have improved the comfort of sleeping.

We had a really good time, the bath is so nice!!! But our bed was really small (I guess 140 cm large), and the fact that it was against the wall made it even more small...

Everything is good enough for price. Clean, friendly and kind staff and convenience location. Most of customers seemed to be business men, so we enjoyed our morning bathtime alone.

The location is good (within 5 mins walk from the tram stop) and close to Tenmonkan Welcome coffee and hot bath on the second floor Very reasonable price

Clean, bright and spacious room. Cozy beds. 10 mins walk from JR station. Shopping centres and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Onsite onsen is a big plus.

設備の写真でサウナが写っていたので、最終的にそれが決め手でこのホテルに決めさせて頂いたんですが、結果、男性側の大浴場にはサウナは無かったです( ；∀；) しかし、その他のサービスには非常に優れておりコストパフォーマンスは非常に良かったです。朝食は必須です！また泊まりたいと思いました。

2階目の滞在でした。立地もよく清潔で、フロントの方もとても感じが良くて気に入っています。また大浴場とジムがあるのも気に入っている理由です。大浴場に行くのにフロントを通らなければならないことと、入浴時間が23:30までと短いことが少し残念。フロントを通る点は構造上の問題なので仕方ないにしても、入浴時間はもう少し遅くまでやってもらえるとありがたいです。ジムも小さいながらもマシンが揃っていて、旅先でもジムに行きたい自分には嬉しい施設です。ジムは２４時間使えるとありがたいです。

部屋は清潔感にあふれていて、風呂は広くて、洗い場がありとてもよかったです。強いて言えば洗面台にあった洗顔、ハンドソープが薄くて泡立ちが悪く、髭剃りにも使えなかったことです。

宿泊場所の立地条件、天気も良く最高な旅行になりました。

前回２泊しましたが、朝食が和定食しかなく、内容が二日とも同じでがっかりでした。せめて洋食と選べればと思いました。今回はコンビニが近いので買いにいきました。本当は食事場所が素敵なのでメニューを考えてほしい。
