「you have to consider the following issues before choosing this hotel.
1. check in: if you will arrive after 6pm, it will be inconvenient to check in. they will put the key inside the hotel and you may not be able to find someone to open the door. they use physical key and only provide one key.
2. noise: the room is clean and large but it is a very historic building so you will hear every step from the upper floor.
3. water pressure: as mentioned, it is a very old building, the water pressure...

「Nicely designed room and bathroom and very spacious. The kitchette was lacking in amenities to be able to use it for proper meals (no toaster, limited cutlery/pans etc).
Hotel is staffless and you get the key sent to your phone to enter the main entrance and room (requires internet), this was fine for us. The hotel is a great location, right in the middle of Leiden centre.」

「Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden sogar gefragt, ob wir 1 Einzel- o. Twinbett möchten. Frühzeitiger Check In war auch möglich. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß u alles war sauber (kein Teppichboden, sondern Vinyl). Super war die bodengleiche Dusche im kleinen Bad. Unser Zimmer hatte 1 schöne Aussicht auf 1 angrenzendes Waldgebiet. Es war so schön ruhig! Der Weg von der Rezeption war zwar recht weit, hat sich aber gelohnt! Begeistert waren waren wir vom Frühstück....

「Quiet neighborhood on the canal which is convenient to explore Leiden or go to the beach but there is no town with shops or restaurants to walk to. We had the suite, but it is just a large room so if you want a separate bedroom for privacy, this is not a suite by American standards.」

「Dieses B&B hat mich definitiv überzeugt.
Vom sehr herzlichen Willkommen und dem Angebot, mir ein größeres Zimmer zu geben, von der Lager, ruhig und zentral, und einem super Frühstücksbuffet. Alles wirklich toll.
Bequemes Bett, die Dusche war toll und ich hätte mein Gepäck auch später abholen können.
Ich werde Noordwijk nochmals besuchen und auch dort nächtigen.
