Staff with good english help a lot. Room is very big. There are many customers. Food is good with many choice. Nearly all are japanese customers, the shuttle bus driver can only speak japanese and communicate with them, we just dont understand. Its a bit inconvenient that we need to bring own towels to the public bath and bring back again the same one for next time.
In general, i will recommend this hotel.
