Great hotel, very clean and quiet

Staff are very kind and helpful. Transport is provided to nearby places and skii.

Beautiful! The staff was pleasantly hospitable!

Such a lovely, convenient, elegant and luxurious (+ excellent value for money) hotel. An easy walk from the train station/underground, even in cold weather. The room was spacious (especially by Japanese standards) with space for our luggage and also a quiet sitting area in the window, and we had a beautiful snowy view across the street and the park. Checkin/out were very easy, and we were able to leave our bags with reception when we arrived early. A perfect home base for our couple of days in Sapporo.

I deducted one star from five because: [1] The English proficiency of the staff is below expectations for a hotel that serves international guests. [2] The room service on the last day of my stay was not as good as it had been during the previous seven days.
