"We made a booking for this place to discover they were overbooked and we left standing in the lobby clueless what was going on for 2 hours. The manager completely ignored us taking calls intentionally when we were trying to resolve the situation. They downgraded us to a standard and expected us to pay full price until we called them out on this blatant deception. After we spoke to our manage magically a deluxe suite opened up and we had the room we paid for. The hot water in the shower latest...

"The location is fabulous. The staff was super nice and attentive. The grounds very nice. We happened to stay there during low season and, understandably, the restaurant was not super well-stocked. Also, the road there (we did self-driving) is quite difficult and it's easy to get lost. That said, we enjoyed our stay here immensely"

"booked last minute . this threw them . seem to find it confusing that a solo traveller books last minute. problems again with expedia . have to prove i have paid . they doubt it . . much fuss about ordering breakfast night before . very disorganised . wait staff totally uninterested in their job . have to ask for glass , plate etc . cottage nice and great view . but shower cold even if left running 20 mins before . over priced "
