"The rooms and lanai were wonderful. The view was spectacular from both rooms (9 of us) I especially want to thank Josiah for all the questions he answered for me prior to our arrival. Also Trisha and Firta for the warm welcome and fun check in. All the staff was so helpful and friendly. The two pools were clean and fun. We will definitely stay again. "

"Great 2 bedroom condo. Spacious and very clean. Walkable to many restaurants including Whalers village which is right next door. 2 drawbacks : shower temperature was off and hard to adjust, shower was cold for at least 5 min before becoming warm and a very loud noise was always present coming from the generators in whalers village. Our balcony was on that side and it took away from the experience of just sitting outside. Recommend u get condo unit on the opposite side. But otherwise truly a great experience "

"Amazing stay on a beautiful resort. They even left orchids in my room with a letter for me. My husband passed away in December and they left funeral lei for me to honor him. It was simply beautiful and touching. I’m so glad I came here. Would def stay again. "

"Well maintained and friendly staff. Amazing view from our room. Quiet location considering the amount of guest. Only one problem we had was half the parking near handicap was closed due to painting which made parking for mobility impaired guest challenging. Otherwise what a great resort. Will definitely choose again our next Maui visit. "

"Love love love this property. They have thought of everything. Why did I even need to pack anything?Room was excellent. Right on the beach. Staff was always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. Check in after hours was a breeze. Cool pool area we never used. Parking was always available no matter when we got back and free. Nice convenient area. Food truck courtyard looked interesting but never could find the entrance will definitely stay here again"

"We had a great stay. Only complaint was our room was right by Whalers Village side which was very noisy in the early am. Other than that the amenities were great, people were friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. "

"We had a wonderful time during our stay. We had a King Ocean View room in Nalu building (4) 6th floor. The view was spectacular. Room was exactly like pictured. I didnt think it was dated at all but standard hotel decor. It was as expected. Room was clean and balcony was great. I loved the open air hallways nestled next to Black Rock. We dined at Coral Reef for breakfast (Benedicts!)and dinner (octopus app is so good). Cliff Dive for lunch (Mahi tacos!) and pool apps (chips and salsa)and Mai Tai for drinks (Julep!). Food was great, drinks were good, and prices on par with other area dining options. The nightly entertainment at Cliff Dive never disappointed. Staff are FANTASTIC!! From the valets and front desk, , to bartenders/servers to housekeeping and pool attendants. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool was chilly first 2 days, but not terrible (ocean was too), it warmed up rest of stay. I loved floating the lazy river between the two. Jacuzzi is nice!!! Standard size, if even a bit bigger (Ben is lying), fits 10 adults at least, and nestled into rock with waterfall. I loved it. The grounds are very well maintained. Landscaping is gorgeous. The koi pond is neat and well taken care of. The resort cat is so cute. We loved running into her. 🐈❤️ We also enjoyed the fire pit. Very nice in the evening to wind down and have a glass of wine. My only suggestion would be adding a few hammocks around property. 10/10 Will def be back! ❤️🌞"
