When we arrived she was behind the desk alone and had a lobby full of people either having just checked in or waiting and she never made us feel rushed or an inconvenience. Her great attitude and smile never wavered. When we checked out she was once again at the desk and we were met with the same great attitude and smile. What an asset to your company. Our room was very clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was adequate and comparable to other complimentary offerings."
