Rooms are dated but comfortable for the most part. Our mattress was sunken on each side which was annoying rooms = 6
The grounds are a 10, pools beach very nice. All staff was very professional. Weird line-up for speciality dining and I rate them a 6 on a 1-10 scale. Buffett was above average I give it an 8. Very slow bar service for any lunch or dinners. Pool bar doesn’t open till 10am😔 if this is your first all inclusive experience you would be very impressed.

Casa Chameleon is magical! The staff is outstanding! The sunsets at Sentido Norte are spectacular! We can't say enough positive things about this wonderful resort....everything was perfect! The town of Las Catalinas is spotless, safe and on the ocean. Short walk to town or Casa offers complimentary rides there and back. We will be back!
