"We experienced an issue with our initial room assignment with a very strong cleaning solution that was used . I developed shortness of breath, chest pain and a rash about an hr infuse the room . We met with the front desk manager who was so kind , attentive and helpful - kudos to Andrea !! She immediately responded and provided us with another room which we were grateful for. She’s a 20/10 !!! For customer service. The breakfast options were great , tasty and the coffee was outstanding!! Staff we spoke with were cordial, friendly and polite… On check out we were greeted with a “ how was your stay “ a thank you for staying and wishing us a safe trip home. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area .👏👏"

"Room 127-The hot tub had brown foam floating on the top and there were no towels in the pool area. The pool area was overly crowded. We had a 1st floor parking lot view room and it was very loud at night with people yelling and revving their engines. Our room was for 5 so we had a pull out couch that the springs were nearly poking out of and there was not a comforter provided. When I asked the front desk for one he didn’t think they had one but ended up finding one for us luckily. I took a Luke warm shower but then there was no hot water for the other four in our family to shower. The front desk said that it’s because the hotel was full and the hot tub was taking all the hot water. Positive notes- we were able to book tjis room last minute and I didn’t see any bugs in our room"

"Excellent area near hotel to walk dog. The entry door at the rear of the building never opens with a card key. Annoying because it’s been like this for at least two years. Handicap bath was excellent for shower,etc TV is difficult to operate without instructions for older folks. Overall, we always like to stay here when traveling to Florida. "

"Room was nice and clean. Plenty of space in the room. Staff was helpful and room was kept tidy during my 3 day stay. Easy to check luggage after stay. Good restaurant/bar and cafe on site. Minor nitpick: coffee machine was leaking, heater/ac was somewhat noisy."
