「Clean room helpful staff」

「For a different option for a hotel, this place is the place to stay. Every thing was clean. No typical front desk. Close to Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. I would recommend this place to everybody.」

「What a wonderful stay to and our journey back home. Front desk attendant was super nice and informative. Pool was great for our child to unwind after traveling. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed in two hotels prior and this was the best one. If we are ever back in the area- we will stay here again.」

「Very good hotel! Strongly recommend! Front desk clerk is very nice, very quick check in process. Room is big, sunny, very clean and quiet. Shower water is hot and enough pressure. Bed is clean and very comfortable. Lots of eat for breakfast.」

「I chose this hotel because of its high ratings, but it was one of the worst experiences my family has ever had. During our 3 night stay sleep was nearly impossible because the walls are paper thin. Every night we heard loud banging running and jumping from the room above us. We reported the noise and while a staff member attempted to address it, the disturbances continued leaving us exhausted. 「Elizabeth greeted us when we checked in. I travel quite a bit, and she is exceptional. Very professional and answered al questions we had about local issues.」

「Felt like i received a little attitude because i booked through third party. For the money spent, it was an excellent value. Things like dirty stained carpet in elevator, hallways the same. The room was spacious but those couches are rough, so hard! Had coffee/tea in room plus refrigerator. Breakfast buffet was adequate also. Overall, it was okay. Would not have wanted to pay full price.」

「This was my first time at a Red Roof Inn. I would not recommend and will not stay at one again. Smelled like cigarettes everywhere despite no smoking policy, room was hot and humid even though temperature outside was only 80°. Worn out bed, stained sheets/blankets, completely flat pillow, old towels. You name it, it was low quality.」
