"The owners on site were often gone from desk. Watched many wait extended times to check in as nobody was available. Personally waited 15+ minutes for someone to tend to the desk and obtain fresh towels after housekeeping removed our dirty towels and didn't replace with fresh towels. Housekeeping made one bed, not the other. Room was extremely hot despite temp set at 68, room would not read below 72. People didn't realize there was rear parking and I stead parked along curb at front of hotel making it difficult for those in actual parking space to get out. Right next to the highway so the traffic keeps you awake. "

"The kitchenette feature was great fit with a microwave, dishes, sink and a cleaning sponge & soap. My stay was a work trip and I was up and out early before they served breakfast, so having this feature to prepare my breakfast was very helpful. Bed was clean and comfortable. I got a few whiffs of a wet dog small, but it wasn’t overpowering. Overall, a decent stay at a great location. "

"This is one of our stops on our semi-annual migration from FL to ME. We have stayed here 3-4 times and have always enjoyed it. We had issues the first couple of stays with the fire alarm going off around 5:00 AM. I assume it was from someone smoking in the stairwell or just outside the side entrances. The fire department never showed and no one had to evacuate but it did place the elevators non operable. This made it a hassle to climb down 4 flights of stairs with my hip issues. The last couple of times it didn’t happen."

"There was dirty socks on back of couch, didn't belong to us. The cleaning lady owner knocked on our door, she doesn't speak English well. Said towels, I stated my husband was in the washroom, she kept repeating and started yelling at me towels, I had to say my husband is having a poop. The man pulled her away. Now you didn't get towels back. Had to go ask for them. Some days had eggs and sausages someday none. There was stains on the couch. No blinds, or curtains, so open blinds open anyone could see in the room. Quality Inn are getting a bad name here, no standards. Corners not cleaned."
