Room was clean. The trundle bed in the couch was very convenient since we were traveling with a 3 yr old. The pool water was freezing and unswimable. This was very disappointing as we specifically chose this hotel for the indoor pool

The hotel needs renovation and they said renovations have started. We had big staines in the carpet, the bathroom wall was busted and it was fixed up in poor manner. Bathroom door was heavily stained. But the staff was nice. Location was good.

This was my first time at the SpringHill Suites in Hershey PA and everything from checkin to the room, customer service, checkout tells me I'll be making a return visit. When checking out I told the desk clerk I wished I could stay for a couple more nights it was so nice.
