"EV chargers not working - staff really unhelpful. We had to plan in somewhere else to charge the car which was hugely inconvenient. Also had to unexpectedly pay for parking. Bathroom wasn’t clean and had mould in the tile grout. Room was small and dated. Lobby area was nice and breakfast set up was nice. However £14pp was expensive."

"Will not stay here again, bathroom shower did not drain at all, toilet couldn’t flinch and had to fill the rubbish bin with water to supplement flushing the toilet. We were held up and very late so did not have the chance to swop rooms, as well as no staff being on hand to help. Mirror in the room is ridiculous, hidden in the corner behind the sofa, no plugs near by, so my wife could not use to do her hair or makeup, Breakfast was bland, could not fry eggs for us.. overall the worst stay I have had "
