「From the moment we arrived at The Vale Hotel, we were made to feel completely at home by the wonderful young owners. Their warmth and genuine hospitality set the tone for a perfect stay. 「Our room was very comfortable. We stayed with friends (6 other couples). We all had a great time and were well looked after. The bar staff (I think one was named Oliver, or Olly) who stayed back late to prepare our drinks for new years were great, helpful and in good spirit. We used the facilities (swimming and gym): all very adequate (the pool is not deep, but a good length. Food was fine, but importantly service was good. 」
