「I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. First, the room was not tidy upon arrival. In addition, my spouse and I made every effort to avoid using the bed throughout the night due to the condition of the room. 「The place hasn't been renovated in a long time; there's rust in the bathroom, and the refrigerator and microwave are old. Plus, there's a strong smell of smoke throughout the hotel.」
