"Like a lot of things today Best Western has decided to make this hotel “do it yourself “. When you enter the reception area you have a monitor to check yourself in and make your own key cards. Are entering the room, I realized we didn’t have any cups or glasses. I walked around looking for someone and when I did I asked for two glasses and an extra pillow.
