「Don't bother. Exceptionally rude and abusive staff. According to the website, check-in is from 14.00. Room not ready on arrival at 16.30 despite having checked in the day before online as requested and estimated our arrival time to be between 15.00-18.00. First room had cleaning staff in it who were rude when we had the audacity to walk in wondering why the door should have been left open. Second room given had not been cleaned properly, there was litter on the floor and the door lock broke on...

「要在指定時間check-in，做的員工很慢排長龍，check-in時話我們的房未比錢，其實是酒店未過數。房間很細，插頭只有二個，房中冷氣很細，另一間只有風無冷氣，即時同酒店員工反映，員工答應跟進，返回酒店發現仍無冷氣，再找員工幫忙，其中一員工到房睇堅持話剛開所以感覺唔到，但過一段時間仍只有風，再找員工時原來已放工無任何人幫手，這晚只有熱一晚，員工這樣極無責任心。」

「A lovely hotel in an excellent location in the heart of town next to lots of lively bars and restaurants. The room was really quiet, despite it being a very lively night as PSG had just won the Champions League! The old town and Cathedral were an easy walk away. The hotel had a great breakfast and the electric car charging was very convenient. We had a great stay and would love to go back!」

「This was a lovely hotel to stay in overnight on our way South. The rooms were clean and comfortable with nice walk in showers and tea and coffee making facilities. Hotel staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. We ate in the restaurant and they were very accommodating to my GF daughter, adjusting the menu for her needs. The food was good. An added bonus was the lake which was a 2 minute walk and had a beach and swimming. There was also a beach bar and an ice cream parlour.」

「Kamer ok maar geen airco bij deze hitte personeel heeft haar kleine ventilator aan ons gegeven voor de nacht maar helaas gaf dat niet veel bloedheet op de kamer en kleine kamer douche super klein proper was ok ontbijt ook regende binnen aan het raam was wel vervelend aanrader ik weet het niet zo goed ook wel prijzig voor wat het betreft,en op kamer waterkoker met wat the en koffie parking ok」
