「I was so happy after our long flight from Hong Kong. We were able to stay in a beautiful hotel during our trip. We don't often have the opportunity to see these gorgeous views and experience the unique atmosphere in HK. My family and I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. It was an amazing experience. We were able to enjoy the 24-hour minibar, which made us very happy. I am really looking forward to coming back again someday.」

「Great staff, peaceful location, incredible food (breakfast was good, but dinner was superb, including the great wine selection from local vineyards). I also got upgraded and my room was outstanding, spacious, comfortable and clean. I would not hesitate in recommending this fantastic hotel and I will definitely be staying here again! 「Highly recommend staying here. The breakfast is outstanding, possibly the best we have ever had anywhere. The owners are lovely, interesting and knowledgeable. The area is incredible for cycling and the owners can point you to the best rental facilities around. There is an evening picnic option which is delicious - warm fresh bread, can add cheese, meats, wines/cava and Martha made us delicious salads. Lovely option after a long day of cycling. Would rebook in an instant!」

「Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night. The room has probably not been updated since the building was constructed so the bright blue bathroom suite with missing plugs was like something from the 1970s. On the positive side, public areas are clean and up-to-date and the staff are pleasant. The amount charged...
