"Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27)
My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason.
I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family at 10:20 AM, the restaurant staff claimed they were closed, refused to serve us, and told me to contact Expedia for a refund instead of taking responsibility.
When I returned to the front desk, they contradicted the restaurant and insisted the hours were indeed until 10:30 AM. After this back-and-forth, we were eventually served, but the restaurant staff was dismissive and forced us to take our food to-go, refusing to let us eat in the dining area. It felt as though the staff was intentionally providing misleading information to finish their shift early. For a hotel chain, the lack of training and the behavior of the restaurant supervisor were unacceptable."
