Communication not strong. Instructions should have send one day in advance. The location full of constructions and inconvenient to drive. We need to locate the block, look for the security guard and letter box to retrieve the access card. The car park’s sign not clear and difficult to view due to the colour code use and small font! However, the house is clean and comfortable. It will be better if broom is provided as we need to do some cleaning for 4 days staying.

HI Thank your feedback. First of all the part of construction and the carpark that out of our management. We already trying to do the easier way to let you know. If you have read our instruction you may know how to go. We not send one day in advance due to prevent the guest early check in without permission. Thank your understanding

Overall great place to stay. Just some minor complains but not show stopping for me from coming back.
