Fine room, bed and very clean. The AC turns off when you leave the room, so expect your room to be hot whenever you re-enter. The breakfast is a bit limited.

Located in convenient location with lots of restaurant on the area. The hotel itself is in great conditions and the rooms are clean and the staffs are friendly. It would have been better if they have at least scrambled eggs on the breakfast menu. Overall, it’s a great value.

I requestes a room change to a non smoker room. They did thst without aby additional charges. A fried of mine was allowed to spent one night in my room for just 1.500¥ which was also really kind. The only bad thing is the area surrounding it, there are a lot of „clubs“ with shady people lurring around. Two times on my way back to the hotel I got stopped by young guys who asked me if I am interested in visiting a Sex Club

Beware of the Moldy Smell (Kabishu)

If you do not mind Moldy Smell (Kabishu) of the Room and the Corridors, then you can stay here. Mold in the air is unpleasant and can be a problem for your health. I recommend you stay away from this Property. The Breakfast is bland. Some Front Desk Staff are unfriendly. Be sure to bring your Google Translator along with you.

10階に宿泊させてもらいました。窓からの眺めもよくＴＶ画面も大きめでお部屋も綺麗で良かったです。ただ朝食をがっつり食べたい人には物足りないかなと…思いました。封をされたおにぎりはお持ち帰りもできるのかもしれませんが個人的には暖かいごはんとおかずがもっとあればなと思いました。おにぎりの具も一種類か確認するの忘れましたがもし一種類ならその具が苦手は人は （おにぎり）という選択肢がなくなってしまうのでかわいそうかなと思いました。コーヒーはお部屋にお持ち帰り出来るのはとても良かったと思います。
