"Breakfast was offered at the bistro as was dinner. However we did not know there was a kid's menu for breakfast until we asked to see the dinner menu. The pool and hot tub were open. The pool was cold but that didn't stop my kids from swimming for a little while. It was a bit frustrating that the special event in the banquet room took up all of the parking. When we returned from dinner we couldn't find any parking and had to drive around for about 10 minutes to get a parking space that was quite a walk from our room. It was dark and having 2 small children in a busy parking lot was not ideal. "
"Plenty of parking spaces. There are 2 floors and rooms on the 2nd floor have better views and breakfast is served on the 2nd floor alcove. There are ramps and an elevator available. Lots of nearby amenities and its location seem pretty safe."
Inn at Santa Fe, SureStay Collection by Best Western
10/10 Excellent
"Um well none of this is your fault but there was someone above my room on the 3rd floor that was making a lot of noise. At first I thought it might be a maid hurrying to prepare the room but it continued when I was trying to sleep. They stomped and we're moving things around. I then thought maybe it was a child but it was pretty late when I went to bed. The next morning, I was very impressed with the breakfast set up. Unfortunately, I had to discard most of my meal since there was a young lady who kept coughing and not covering her mouth. She was clearly very sick but didn't wear a mask. I had to go to a very important meeting and did not wish to catch her germs. I lost my appetite and had to leave the breakfast room. I felt very bad for having to throw away food but I got very sick to my stomach when I saw her walking around coughing everywhere. Other than these two unfortunate incidents, I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. I loved it location. It was very quiet and secluded. Thanks for everything."
"Staff irritating asked for things lie card then stood staring off, dixnt respond to jumerous attempts to check in at 1 am but was rhere, breakfast selection stunk"
"Staff were friendly, warm cookies on arrival. Cantina was open but did not visit. Room was spacious and clean. Minor details at the property were poor, corner of the wall peeling, lower floor bathrooms were not well kept. Out room was on the busy street side so road noise was an issue overnight. Had the breakfast. Overall it was fine. "
