Top Johnsons of Madrid Galleries of Fine and Fiber Arts Hotel Reviews
The Mystic Santa Fe
10/10 Excellent
"Honestly, when we first arrived, I was a little concerned about the location. However, once we checked in, those concerns quickly went away. The stay turned out to be great overall.
The on-site café/bar was a highlight—excellent food, great service, and a really nice atmosphere. It definitely added to the experience.
I would highly recommend this place, especially for the value—you really get a lot for your money. It’s also conveniently located next to a nursery with some unique and interesting items to browse and purchase.
Plus, it’s just a short drive to the Plaza, where most tourists will likely want to spend their time."
"The property was very nice. The list of amenities was silly. Parking was mentioned several times as well as A/C in this area and then that area which was unneeded. If it has A/C it should have it throughout. The beds were nice but the included breakfast and burritos were in a very small room. Not enough room for all the guests coming in. Also the line to get a burrito was out the door. The cook preparing them was overwhelmed and there was definitely a need for more help and space. None of my party was able to get a burrito due to time restraints. the other breakfast items were very limited. It was very dog friendly and the staff was wonderful. The entry was very inviting and beautiful designed.

8/10 Good
"Generally good, office chair in room needed cleaning, front office staff needs replacement TV Controllers on hand and the pool needs to be available."
"The place desperately needs new carpeting. Outright ragged on the stairs and so dirty in my room I dared not exercise on the floor. It took two trips for the handyman to get my TV to work, and on my last morning, the coffee maker did not work. The phone to the front desk whenever I called for help only got me a busy type signal. Had to wall there every time I had a problem. It’s the old saying, “You get what you pay for.” I enjoyed the price, but it came with its own cost."
"Found a bunch of hair in the sheets and stains on the couch. Otherwise the room was nice and spacious. The pool area was gross, but my kids favorite part. The guy that checked us in hated his job. The parking spaces around back are inly suitable for a mini cooper. "
