"Good breakfast, easy parking. Room cleanliness could be more thorough. Easy checkout except a receipt couldn’t be obtained because I reserved this under Expedia. Plus I got charged an additional $25.00 at the time of check in. Might be refundable - supposedly."

"A lot of kids running the halls and screaming without any supervision. Staff did not seem to mind this. We were in a room next to a large amount of kids, with no adult with them. Reserved online and quoted price, that was to be what was paid. Was charged $150.00 more than supposed to. Lied Lodge claimed that we asked for an upgrade, not true - only time we talked to Lied is when we checked in and given room. Lied will not adjust. Will not stay there again. Not worth the money charged and headache over being overcharged."

"Staff was great, nice pool area and hot tub. Good nreakfast selection. "

"Our room was very clean and set up. I would say the stairways and stuff could use a little more of a cleaning. Biggest issue we had was we had booked a room that had double queens with the recliner. When we got there to check in and went to our room our room did not have the recliner or the extra space in the room and they did not have any available but overall a very solid day. "
