The place is not clean,has a bad smell and is noisy. We were told that we'll have to move to another smaller room oh Saturday. We decided to check out on Saturday even though we booked for two nights. There's big cockroaches too

Maintain this place better!

The place is not at all clean dust everywhere, insects in the bathroom, a broken bathroom door, the linen had stains and looked like it hadn’t been changed in a while, the general smell is not pleasant, as you walk in there is a dirty towel at the door for shoe wiping instead of a ma, the bathroom is filthy with grime and a disgusting drain. There was absolutely no help given just showed to the room. There was a lot of noise from the other tenants & the special price is for a single room not a double like it says on the site and when I enquired was told “do I think for the price I paid I would get a double and I will be blocked on Experian. The wi-fi as advertised as available was not working and so was the television.

Unfortunately I booked online for my stay and payed online only to arrive for check in to be asked to pay again or else I turn back only to find out that there is no cancellation refund.. the room I was given is not worth what I paid for....

I paid money, when I booked hotels.com. I went to this guesthouse, but I was said you didn’t pay. I don’t know,so I wait for 3 hours at outside. I knew later,this guesthouse staff and owner can’t read English. And room I booked is bigger room. But, I stay small room. I said, but nobady can read English. I paid much money and bad room. If you stay,you know this guesthouse is WiFi is no good Shower is no hot Room is very small Guesthouse is very dirty

Decent overall

There was a little bit of confusion about if I had a place or not, eventually they found that I was starting there and had booked and paid. Room was clean, bathroom a bit cramped but not too bad, and decent WiFi.

This guest house wasn’t quite what I expected. The nice bed picture on the Expedia listing is not the reality on premise. I payed via Expedia but not sure the receptionist at the time of my check in knew what Expedia was; no reservation was made known on ground to him, and he asked for cash payment, but I insisted he speaks to the manager; and that I have already paid; no breakfast was provided at the listed Expedia price; there where 3 big spiders in the bathroom; shower head was broken; stains in the beddings; There is absolutely no commensurate value for Money, as facility is relatively expensive with low value in return. For the same price I could have got a better AirBnB.
