Very nice and well equipped apartment on the ground floor. Very quiet area. Very clean. Close to the lake. Easy drive, taxi, or bus to Ajijic and Joco.

Unsafe Location is horrible The property didn’t have water. 💧 When I arrive, my room was not ready. They give me another room instead of mine, and the room was occupied with previous tenants that live there. Also, it rained so the hallway got flooded, making very unsafe and dangerous to get into a room .

Tiene las cosas personales del propietario, armada con cosas viejas y feas, huele bastante mal, el portón del estacionamento no servía porque se fue la luz y no pudimos sacar nuestro coche.
