「It is sad that Hot spring close at 9, quite early. But the staff is willing to translate Korean to us. The hot spring is spacious and nice. The air-con in bedroom is hard to manage. The hotel is large, traditional and old enough. But it is near the market street, it is pro.」
「For the price, this is a good hotel. Shilla stay or others are 3 times more, but facility are damaged or not maintained. ANNK is fairly well taken cared. But there is basically no service but there is a gym, laundry, and a food section you can use freely. Nothing fancy but quite convinient.」
「집 공사로 인해 하루 숙박할 곳이 필요하여 묵었습니다. 다른 지역에 있는 신라스테이에 숙박했을 때도 매우 만족스러웠는데, 천안 신라스테이도 역시 좋네요.
조식도 맛있었고, 중식은 50% 할인 혜택이 있어 이용해봤는데, 기대 이상으로 훌륭했습니다. 전체적으로 복잡하거나 시끄럽지 않아 조용하게 쉴 수 있었던 점도 인상 깊었어요.
객실 상태도 매우 청결했고, 3시 체크아웃이 가능해서 여유롭게 일을 하면서 쉬다가 체크아웃할 수 있어 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 지인이 천안에 머물거나 또 숙박할 곳이 필요하다면 적극 추천하겠습니다.」

근처에 롯데마트와 스타벅스 등 다른 편의 시설 등이 있어서 좋아요.
숙소 자체는 만족스럽습니다. 나에게 배정된 방은 침대도 충분히 넓고 좋았으며, 욕조도 충분히 넓고 좋았습니다.
TV 크고 좋네요.
다만, 모든 불을 소등하면 너무 어둡다는 것 정도.」
「For the first time I felt like we were in a Hotel in Korea. Provided A/C remote control and towels. Location is not a great place for tourists. Hotel is pretty close to the train station - around 15 minutes by taxi. Overall, we felt safe and felt comfortable. Bed is OK, could do some improvement. 」
