Room 1807. It was great until 0430 am when the AC stopped working and the room jumped to 24C! The good thing is that guest services brought up a fan. The room felt like an oven though

Food is greeeeeaaaatttt! Room is very clean but smells of paint of the lobby makes me dizzy. No swimming pool is one bad thing. But the rest is great. Food is absolutely good. One of my best breakfast.

Air conditioning in rooms is DISABLED from 22:00 until 10:00. It is not broken. It is disabled on purpose. I paid for one of the better rooms with lake view. Yet the temperature at night was 24.4° C. I was unable to sleep entire night. I complained bitterly about it and praci begged them to turn it on. The most they did was give me a fan and offer me a room that was 24.3°C. The list of amenties did not indicate this. They did not tell me during check in. The person in charge did not give me the name of manager so I could formally complain. I am quite unhappy that I was lied to during the purchase. Had I known I would have selected another hotel and been able to sleep. I had to ride my bike 70 miles on basically 2 hours of sleep...quite dangerous. The front desk guy smiled said "Sorry about the misunderstanding" as if it was my fault. I corrected him by saying "it is a lie, not a misunderstanding"...to which he reluctantly admitted. Look at all my other reviews of hotels in South Korea...all 5 star, zero complaints. This was by far the worst hotel I stayed at in South Korea.
