The modernization of China has unfortunately seen many of its historical cities and landmarks destroyed. One that has been restored and untouched is the ancient walled city of Pingyao. This was one of the few times the crowds of this beautiful city weren't overwhelming and i could take in the beauty and awe of this awesome sight #china #pingyao #travel

Great character property with a peaceful feel in the courtyard The staff on duty were excellent ( Heidi gave us a lot of care and a lovely Cappuccino) Staff who arranged taxi very good Great to be inside the City walls

Great hotel! The building complex itself is one of the most beautiful in Pingyao. Tucked away on a quiet corner near the main street. Really convenient car transfer from the train station. Good restaurant.
