「The staff was very friendly and willing to assist with any special request. Mr Raza Subtain was definitely very pleasant at all times in his daily greetings. It was a joy to get to know him and the fro t desk personnel. 」

「Toilet seat cover was worn and need replacement. Apart from that, it is a good hotel with friendly atmosphere. 」

「The hotel looks much better in photos than in reality. The actual condition of the room and facilities was far below expectations. There was a strong chemical cleaning smell in the room and throughout the property, which made it uncomfortable to stay. The maintenance level was poor, with worn paint, stained curtains, and generally unfinished surfaces. Breakfast was also disappointing. The food quality was below standard. 「The hotel is well located in a center area of Islamabad. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the essentials for a good stay. All members of the staff were great, friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay here again.」
